Process

Source. Qualify. Contract. Execute. Close.

Every project we touch — solar, wind, industrial land or infrastructure — moves through the same five stages. What changes is the detail at each stage, not the shape of the process.

Source

We identify land and project opportunities that fit a developer's, industrial consumer's or investor's brief — working directly with landowners, local networks and our existing land relationships, primarily in Tamil Nadu and expanding on a project-by-project basis elsewhere in India.

At this stage, nothing is contractual. We're mapping what's available against what's being looked for.

Qualify

Candidate sites and counterparties are screened against technical, legal and commercial criteria — land title, land-use classification, access, grid proximity for renewable projects, and basic commercial fit — before any party invests significant time.

This is usually where a project either moves forward quickly or reveals a problem worth catching early: unclear title, a land-use mismatch, or a site that doesn't meet technical requirements.

Contract

We coordinate the agreements that bring landowners, developers and EPC partners onto common, workable terms — lease or sale terms for land, and selection and contracting for EPC partners.

We are not a party to these contracts and do not provide legal advice; we'd always recommend independent legal review before signing.

04

Execute

Through qualified EPC partners, we coordinate execution — tracking milestones, resolving site-level issues, and keeping landowners, EPC partners and the project owner aligned as construction proceeds.

We do not carry out construction, manufacturing or installation ourselves; that work is performed by the engaged EPC partner.

Close

We see the project through to handover — documentation complete, commissioning confirmed, and every party's obligations accounted for.

For projects that need it, we can continue into O&M coordination or project advisory beyond this point.
