For EPC Partners

We work with qualified EPC partners for execution across our solar, wind and industrial project pipeline — we don't build or manufacture in-house, so reliable EPC relationships are central to how we deliver for developers, industrial consumers and investors.

If you're an EPC contractor interested in partnering with us on land-ready projects, this page covers what that relationship typically looks like.

Land-ready projects

EPC partners lose time and margin when they mobilise on sites where land, access or rights of way are not fully settled. The projects we bring to the partnering stage have been through land qualification and landowner engagement first.

A clear division of roles

We do not compete for construction scope. We handle land, landowners and stakeholder coordination; the EPC partner owns engineering, procurement and construction. That clarity makes for straightforward working relationships.

What We Do Directly

  • Bring land-ready projects — with title, access and landowner agreements in place — to the partnering stage
  • Coordinate the relationship between project owners and EPC partners through contracting and execution
  • Track milestones and deliverables against the EPC scope
  • Act as a point of coordination for project-related issues during execution

Delivered Through Qualified Partners

  • All physical construction, procurement and installation work — this is the EPC partner's role

Process

  1. 01Initial conversation about your capabilities, track record and project scope fit
  2. 02Introduction to relevant land-ready projects as they come up
  3. 03Support through the selection and contracting process
  4. 04Ongoing coordination through execution to handover
