EPC Partner Coordination

Choosing the right EPC partner — and then managing that relationship well — shapes a project's cost, timeline and quality as much as any other decision. We identify and introduce qualified EPC partners suited to a project's scope, and coordinate the relationship through execution.

Evaluating an EPC partner

Relevant project experience at a comparable scale and technology, delivery capacity at the time the project needs it, financial standing, safety and quality practices, and references from previous owners.

Equally important is scope clarity: what exactly is included — civil works, structures, electrical balance of system, evacuation line, approvals support, commissioning — and what is excluded.

Contract structure

Owners can choose a single turnkey contract or split packages for supply, civil and electrical works. Turnkey simplifies the interface; split packages can offer cost control but leave more interfaces for the owner to manage. We set out the trade-offs for the specific project.

Our role through execution

We are not a party to the EPC contract. We coordinate the relationship on the owner's behalf — tracking milestones and deliverables, and making sure land and stakeholder issues do not hold up the EPC partner's work.

What We Do Directly

  • EPC partner identification against a project's technical and scale requirements
  • Coordination during partner selection and contracting
  • Ongoing relationship coordination between the project owner and EPC partner
  • Milestone and deliverable tracking against the EPC contract

Delivered Through Qualified Partners

  • All physical construction, procurement and installation work, carried out by the engaged EPC partner

We coordinate execution through qualified EPC and delivery partners rather than building or manufacturing in-house.
