Infrastructure & Project Services

Once land is secured and a renewable energy or industrial project is ready to move, someone needs to keep it moving — coordinating EPC partners, tracking milestones, and keeping every stakeholder aligned through contract, execution and close.

This is where our project services work sits: management, coordination and advisory support through the execution phase, working alongside the qualified EPC partners who carry out the physical construction.

Coordination is the work

Once a project is contracted, it depends on many parties moving in step: the owner, the EPC partner and its subcontractors, landowners, the utility handling the grid connection, and the authorities issuing approvals. Most delays happen at the interfaces between them rather than inside any one party's scope.

Our project services sit at those interfaces — tracking commitments, chasing open items and escalating early.

Where projects lose time

Site access disputes with landowners during construction, right-of-way issues on evacuation routes, documentation requests from utilities that nobody owns, and decisions waiting on the owner. Each is small on its own; together they stretch schedules.

How engagements are structured

Engagements range from a focused advisory review to ongoing project management through commissioning. Physical construction always remains with the EPC partner; our role is coordination, tracking and stakeholder management.
