Project Advisory

Sometimes what's needed isn't execution support but an independent view on how a project should be structured in the first place — which land strategy fits, how to sequence contracting, or whether a project is ready to move forward. We provide that advisory layer, drawing on our work across land, EPC coordination and project execution.

Readiness reviews

Before committing further capital, owners and investors often want an independent view: is the land genuinely secured, are approvals on track, is the grid connection realistic, and is the EPC scope complete? A readiness review answers those questions against the project's actual documents.

Common red flags

Land agreements that do not cover every parcel the layout uses, rights of way assumed rather than secured, approvals sequenced in the wrong order, and EPC scopes with unassigned interfaces. Identifying these early is far cheaper than resolving them mid-construction.

Specialist legal, financial and technical advice should be engaged alongside our advisory where a project needs it.

What We Do Directly

  • Independent assessment of project structure, sequencing and readiness
  • Land and site strategy advisory
  • Guidance on EPC partner selection approach and contracting sequence
  • Advisory support through the source-to-close process

Delivered Through Qualified Partners

  • Specialist legal, financial or technical advisory, engaged separately as required

We coordinate execution through qualified EPC and delivery partners rather than building or manufacturing in-house.
