Project Management

A project with land secured and partners contracted still needs someone tracking milestones, flagging risks and keeping landowners, EPC partners and the project owner aligned. We provide that coordination layer, working alongside — not replacing — the EPC partner actually executing construction.

What owner-side project management covers

A baseline plan with milestones across land, approvals, procurement, construction and commissioning; a regular reporting cadence; a risk and issue register; and a single point of contact who keeps the stakeholder map current.

The purpose is visibility for the owner: knowing where the project actually stands, not where it was planned to be.

Working alongside the EPC partner

The EPC partner manages its own construction programme. We track that programme against the owner's milestones, coordinate the owner-side dependencies — land, approvals, utility interfaces — and raise issues before they become delays.

What We Do Directly

  • Milestone tracking across land, contracting, execution and handover phases
  • Stakeholder coordination between landowners, EPC partners and the project owner
  • Risk and issue flagging as the project progresses
  • Status reporting to the project owner

Delivered Through Qualified Partners

  • Physical construction and installation, carried out by the engaged EPC partner
  • Specialist technical engineering, where required

We coordinate execution through qualified EPC and delivery partners rather than building or manufacturing in-house.
